This spring and summer our Valley Boys’ Basketball program will be very active with camps, clinics and competitive games for our varsity, junior varsity, and freshman teams. We will be hosting three clinics in the spring and three camps in June and July. Each of our teams will also participate in shootouts throughout the state at various universities and high schools. During the month of June we will be hosting varsity and junior varsity games at Tippecanoe Valley. Each Tuesday in June our varsity and junior varsity teams will play two games apiece beginning at 6pm. On June 14th we will host an 8-team varsity tournament and an 8-team junior varsity tournament. The Valley freshman team will also be competing this day. Each team will play three games. I am excited to be able to host summer games in our own gym. We have some outstanding teams coming to compete against us on those days. Some of the teams coming to Tippecanoe Valley during the month of June include Michigan City, Marion, Columbia City, Wapahani, Pendleton Heights, Greenwood, Manchester, LaPorte, West Lafayette, Goshen, Fort Wayne Concordia, Tipton, Fairfield, LaVille, Eastern Greentown, and South Bend Riley. This should be great competition for our players.
To make all of these events possible and provide a first class experience for our high school players, youth campers, and guests we are seeking sponsors to support our off-season programs. Many of these opportunities we offer for free or at discounted rates to assure everyone can participate. The first session of each of our summer camps is FREE to anyone signing up. We also do not charge our high school players to participate during the summer in the games they will play in. Below you will see some options for sponsoring our Valley Basketball programs this spring and summer. Your help is greatly appreciated and will assist in our continued growth and success of the Valley Boys’ Basketball Program.
